Whatever the length of your stay Serge will meet you on the first day of your programme to discuss your current eating and training habits. Together you will establish some achievable goals and set custom daily nutritional objectives to follow. Serge will establish a schedule with you to check your progress and will remain available at any time if needed.

Education is the key to ensure continued progression once at home.

In our diverses workshops, we will teach you the basics of nutrition (energy requirement, digestive system and nutrients). You will also learn about the importance of food in the prevention of certain diseases. We will review some of the famous believes concerning diet and exercise and discover if there is any scientific backing behind them or if they are just fads and myths.

Calories and macronutrients tracking.

For those who want to lose fat and/or gain muscle, diet forms a crucial part of that journey. It is not an exaggeration to say that a body transformation results from 80% diet and 20% exercise. So in order to ensure visible results on your physique we can't afford to leave room for chance.
Because practice, consistency and understanding is the best way to learn, our menu lists the calories and macronutrients for each meal, snack and beverage, so you can track your intake, visually gauge each meal portion in correspondence to its total calorie content and then review your diet plan with Serge to make sure you’re on the right path.

We can eat healthily, treat ourselves, never feel hungry or unsatisfied and still enjoy great results.
