This program aims to educate you about the benefits of an active lifestyle, which is not solely focused on weight loss, but more on encouraging healthy behavior changes which will lead to meeting your health and fitness goals. It is ideal for first timers into fitness, or ones that want to get back on track after being inactive for some time. It’s also a great way to discover Phuket for first timers or solo travelers that want to experience Phuket.

Surround yourself with positive vibes during your weight loss training journey in our 6-bedroom Villa. We created this intimate setting to allow for a more personal feel, individualized to the needs and fitness goals of every guest. We also leave time on your schedule for some “me-time” for reading and relaxing by the pool, cycling, or sunset strolls by the beach.

Join our island adventures, visit local markets, learn to cook, kayak, learn salsa, and enjoy breathtaking views. Get ready for a healthier and fitter lifestyle, while also exploring a new destination.

We recommend a minimum of 10 days, in order to instill a mindset of eating right and being active, and to notice any kind of change. You also need a few days to get acclimated to the heat in Phuket, and to allow your body to readjust to the calorie portion control, and new activity levels.

1 - GOAL SETTING & DAILY SUPPORT

The first step of our Weightloss Training Program is to sit together and discuss realistic goals to reach your objectives. And because a customized diet coupled with a supportive environement is the key for a long term successful body transformation, our very exclusive program will support you to create new healthy lifestyle habits.

2 - CALORIE & MACROS CONTROL

Our menus are designed to be balanced between protein, carbs and fat and in order to maintain weight or lose weight, you need to adapt some sort of calorie control. At Training Paradise you have all the details of Macro and Calorie for each meal, so you will go back home understanding how to control your portions and eat balanced meals.

3 - A SMART TRAINING PLAN

Our goal at Training Paradise is to guide you the right way and and to educate you with regards to the training plan we designed for you so that you are well equipped and a lot more knowledgeable when we won’t be around you any more. We’re here to help you focused on what really matter: your personal fitness goals.

4 - CLEAR & DETAILED RESULTS

What does your weight really represent? Thanks to the body composition analysis assessments we will help you understand what your body is made of, differentiating between body fat, muscle mass, bone mass and hydration, to give you a snapshot of your health. Each body composition assessment will be an opportunity for our qualified nutritionist to readjust your diet and exercise accordingly.
